Happy Life Ranch is a family-owned ranch in Beecher, Illinois producing 100% pasture-raised beef, pork, chicken, lamb, goat, and eggs. All meat is USDA inspected, raised with no antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs, and managed using regenerative farming practices.

We operate a self-contained freezer trailer, are experienced with high-volume farmers markets, and proudly accept LINK/SNAP to support accessible, clean food for our community.

We make over 65 handcrafted organic vinegars that are all natural and free of chemicals, preservatives, sodium and sugar. We are a woman-owned small business located in Chicago. We have been making vinegar for over 12 years. 

Production began by attending local farmers' markets and asking farmers to donate their "ugly" produce to make vinegar. We gifted our products to less fortunate. With the encouragement of family and friends, the business was launched during the 2020 Pandemic.

Pasta Monster produces fresh pastas for patrons to prepare at home.

Mo’Mo Bites are nut-free, made with real fruit, and crafted for families on the go. Each bite is handmade by our worker-owned co-op right here in South Chicago — wholesome, delicious, and community-made.
